Cancellation Policy

1) Any cancellations occurring within 24 hours are subject to a fee of $70.00

2) If you give us less than 5hours cancellation notice for your appointment or did not attend an appointment, you will be required to make a payment of full-service fee.

3. The day of treatment

1. Consultation

Please fill out a client Intake Form.

Then,therapist will take your general information, medical history, specific details of signs and symptoms.

2. Assessment

Assess your functional limitations, develop working diagnosis and a treatment plan. (e.g.)Posture Analysis, palpation, Gait, range of motion and special tests.

3.Before treatment

Therapist will instruct you what position(e.g. on your stomach, back or seated) and which area to treat.

Closes the curtain, undress, lie on the table covering your body with towel.

*Please keep your underpants on.

*If there is anything you are unsure, do not hesitate to ask any question to your therapist.

4.Treatment

Take deep breath in and relax your body and soul (mind).

Therapist will focus on specific area/s you have issue or dysfunction with and use one or mix of following massage and technique for Remedial Massage.

(e.g. MFR, TrP, Pin& Stretch, DTM,MLD, Joint mobilisation etc)

5.After the treatment

Close the curtain and get dressed.

Therapist gives you an advice for your wellness and provide home exercises.

6.Payment

Please make a payment at reception area.

*If you have a Priavte Health Insurance, please bring your card/app with you.

4. Home Exercise

Try your home exercises as much as you can.

5. Next Session

You can re-book for your next session via online, E-mail or call on (08) 9279 1805.

* Recommend you to have a regular massage.

   Every 2-6weeks to maintain your wellness.
